Order Tracking

Geethas house of batik sdn bhd will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page or, by logging in to the My Account section on our site. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites. Please report us within 24 hours, if you find any gap with respect to the parcel delivery.

In case, you have not received the product within 15 working days after receiving the tracking details from us, please do track the shipment once at your end or, do touch base with us in case the tracking details lacks any clarity.

For any discrepancy with respect to delivery, we will not be able to entertain any case reported post 48 hours of the delivery or, post 48 hours of receiving the order delivered mail from courier company.

ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may Email us your alteration request and the needful will be done.
